Detailed & Visual Home Inspection Report

What to Expect From HomeMaster Property Inspections

  • Businesswoman leaning over a desk to look at a laptop screen, with papers and writing utensils nearby in an office setting.

    Optional On-Site Walkthroughs

Want to see things for yourself? Cody welcomes the opportunity to meet clients at the property and walk through inspection findings in person. He can point out areas of concern, explain how certain home systems function, and answer questions along the way—helping clients feel more informed and confident about their investment.

  • Laptop, tablet, and smartphone screens displaying a home inspection software dashboard with a photo of a house and inspection details.

    Video-Enhanced Inspection Reports

A picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes a video tells the story better. Cody incorporates personalized videos into his inspection reports, walking clients through specific findings, explaining what he observes, and helping them better understand potential concerns. These videos provide valuable context that photographs and written descriptions alone may not capture.

  • Close-up of a silver vintage alarm clock showing 3:44, resting on a wooden desk. In the background, a person is holding a smartphone, with a calendar, a calculator, and a clipboard nearby.

    Personal Post-Inspection Consultation

Communication shouldn't end when the inspection is complete. Before leaving the property, Cody personally contacts his clients to discuss his findings, explain significant observations, and answer questions. This gives clients an opportunity to hear directly from their inspector and better understand the condition of the home.

  • Person holding a credit card in front of a laptop keyboard.

    Guidance Beyond the Inspection

An inspection may identify conditions that warrant further evaluation or repairs. When appropriate, Cody helps clients understand the next steps and can provide referrals to qualified professionals, including roofers, plumbers, septic specialists, and other contractors. His goal is to help clients move forward with the information and resources they need.
